Return/Refund Policy

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any product (excluding customized items) or if an item is defective, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. Items must be undamaged and returned in the same condition as when received, with the original packaging intact, to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Exchanges must be for the same product. If the item being returned is no longer available, a product of equal value may be substituted.

If an item is returned in a condition other than its original state, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, only a partial refund may be issued.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Exchanges

To request an exchange, please email sales@elevatedpublicsafety.com with your name, order number, and reason for the exchange.

If the exchange is due to a packaging error, product defect, or manufacturing issue, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will ship the replacement item at no additional cost or stocking fees.

Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

Customized items and Final Clearance Sale products are not eligible for return. These sales are final unless the item has a quality issue or was shipped incorrectly.


Refund Requests

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we are happy to issue a refund. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
