100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with any products (not customized) you have ordered, or if any item is defective you can return it to us for a full refund or exchange.  The item must be undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it with original packaging intact to receive a refund or exchange.  Exchange must be for the same product unless the item being returned is no longer available for exchange, a product of equal value may be ordered.  If any items not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reason not due to our error, only partial refunds will be granted.  Please contact us to set up a return:




Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Can I exchange an item?

Please email info@elevatedpublicsafety.com with your name, order # and reason for exchanging.

If the exchange is due to a packaging error, defect, or manufacturing issue, we will cover the cost to return the item.  If not you just have to cover the shipping and we will send out a new item at no extra cost or stocking fees.

Exchange must be made within 30 days from the date your item was delivered.

There are NO RETURNS on customized items and Final Clearance Sale products.  Those sales are final unless it's a quality issue or incorrectly sent.


Do you offer refunds?

Absolutely, if you are unsatisfied for any reason we will refund your money.  Refunds must be processed within 60 days of your purchase date.  Item must be in the same condition as you received it.  If you need to request a refund please email our customer service department at info@elevatedpublicsafety.com for help with processing.
